Saunderscourt Gatelodges, Crossabeg, Co. Wexford

In 2018 The Primrose Trust awarded a grant to carry out essential works to the triumphal arch and flanking lodges at Saunderscourt, a Georgian demesne located on the River Slaney between Enniscorthy and Wexford town. The grant was spent on clearing the buildings of ivy and repairing their badly decayed timber floors. The Irish Landmark Trust is working to convert these special lodges into short-term holiday lets.
