Dublin Civic Trust successfully sought funding from The Primrose Trust in 2017 to reinstate missing sash windows and frames in this landmark 1840s building overlooking the River Liffey. Work also incorporated a strip within the sash box to allow the sensitive installation of secondary glazing in future, if required.
